Are your pedals handmade?
Yes, every Berserker pedal is built, tested, and QC’d by me. Most models use surface-mount parts for consistency and reliability, but assembly, calibration, and final testing are always hands-on.
Are your pedals limited runs? Will they restock?
Some drops are limited, some are ongoing. For products listed under the "Limited Releases" restocks are not guaranteed. The best way to catch restocks is the email list (and Instagram for quick updates).
What’s the typical turnaround time?
In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. If something is a preorder or “built-to-order,” the product page will show an estimated lead time.
Where do you ship from?
United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes (where available). International customers are responsible for local import duties/taxes, which vary by country.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what’s normal?
Carriers can take 24–72 hours to show the first scan, especially around weekends/holidays. If it’s been more than a few business days, reach out and I’ll help.
What’s your warranty?
I stand behind my work. If a pedal has a manufacturing issue, I’ll repair it. If it was damaged by misuse (wrong power supply, liquid, physical damage), I can still often fix it, just note that repair costs may apply.
Do you accept returns?
If it’s in new condition, we can usually work something out within a short window after delivery. Please contact me first. Shipping/fees may be non-refundable depending on the situation.
Do you repair older Berserker pedals or secondhand pedals?
Yes. If it says “Berserker” on it, I’ll do my best to get it back on your board.
